Day 2 Visit the Miraflores Lock on the Panama Canal. Have lunch while watching the boats pass through the locks. Enjoy an evening walking tour through Casco Viejo and have dinner.
Day 3 Depart early for an amazing journey to visit the Embera Indian Village. Experience life in the traditional village setting. Learn about their culture and history as they prepare a traditional lunch for you to enjoy. (Drive to hotel in Santa Catalina. Approximately 4 hours.)
Day 4. Relax. Soak up the sun on Playa Estero. Take a surf lesson, yoga class or get a massage.

Food and Beverages
Meals are not included, except for the Embera Indian Village tour.
Water, soda, beer and wine are included on the Mama Nido. All other drinks will be ala carte. Please feel free to specify requests so we can make sure to have it available.
